The Bahamas
The word Bahamas is derived from a Spanish word "baja mar," which means "shallow water or sea." Its shallow waters made it historically a favorite place for pirates to hide their treasures. The Bahama Mama drink is just one of those local treasures.

- Orange segement
- Ice cubes
- Dark rum, 2oz.(60ml)
- Light rum, 1oz.(30ml)
- Orange juice, 2oz.(60ml)
- Pineapple juice, 2oz.(60ml)
- Coconut rum, 1oz.(30ml)
- Lemon juice, 2oz.(60ml)

Grenada
Grenada is known as the "Island of Spice" because it produces nutmeg and mace crops, as well as many other spices. For that reason, many recipes for rum punch have a fair amount of spice to them, but the one below is a classic recipe that is a great starter for the rum novice.
Rum Punch

- Light rum, 1oz.(30ml)
- 3 tsp Brown Cane Sugar
- Pineapple juice, 2oz.(60ml)
- 1 Dash Agnostura orange bitters
- Fresh Lime juice, 2oz.(60ml)
- 4 Dashes Agnostura aromatic bitters
